How do I book a cleaning?
[Simply fill out our contact form with your details and the services you’d like. We’ll get back to you with a quote and available times, and once confirmed, your cleaning is booked!
How much do you charge?
Our standard rate is $80/hour. Minimum booking times vary based on the size of your home:
Apartments & small condos: 2-hour minimum
Medium homes (3–4 bedrooms): 4-hour minimum
Large homes (5+ bedrooms): 5+ -hour minimum
For unusually large or heavily soiled homes, additional fees may apply, and we’ll always let you know upfront before starting.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 5–7 days in advance to secure your preferred time. Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on our schedule.
Can I request a specific date and time?
Yes! You can note your preferred date and time in the booking form. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, although exact times may not always be available.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment are free of charge. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 50% fee will apply. This helps us respect our team’s time and schedule.

What’s included in a regular cleaning?
Our regular cleaning service covers the essentials to keep your home fresh and tidy:
Kitchen cleaning (excluding inside oven or fridge)
Dusting and disinfecting of surfaces
Bathroom cleaning and sanitizing
Inside windows (easy-to-reach only)
Bed making and light tidying
This service is perfect for weekly or bi-weekly upkeep to maintain a consistently clean home.
What’s included in a deep cleaning?
Deep cleaning is ideal for move-ins, move-outs, seasonal resets, or giving your home a full refresh. It includes everything from regular cleaning, plus:
Baseboards and doors wiped down
Behind and under furniture (as accessible)
Inside cabinets, drawers, and closets (upon request)
Detailed scrubbing of bathrooms and kitchen
Appliance exteriors and, if requested, interiors (fridge, oven)
This service takes more time but leaves every corner sparkling.
Do you offer organizing services?
Yes! Our organizing service goes beyond cleaning — we create simple, lasting systems to keep your home clutter-free. We purchase containers, baskets, and labeling supplies (at an additional cost) and organize your items in a way that makes sense for your lifestyle. From pantries to closets, we make your spaces both functional and beautiful.
Move-in / Move-out
Yes! Our move-in/move-out cleaning is designed to get homes spotless and ready for their next chapter. It includes everything in our deep cleaning service, plus extra attention to:
Inside cabinets, drawers, and closets (all emptied)
Appliance interiors (fridge, oven, microwave)
Walls spot-cleaned (where possible)
Baseboards, doors, and fixtures polished
Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout
This service is ideal for renters looking to secure a damage deposit return or homeowners preparing a property for sale or new tenants.
Do you clean offices as well?
Yes, we do! In addition to residential cleaning, we also provide services for small offices and workspaces in North Vancouver. Our office cleaning typically includes:
Dusting and disinfecting desks, shelves, and surfaces
Bathroom and kitchen/common area cleaning
Vacuuming and mopping floors
Trash removal
We tailor office cleaning to your schedule (before or after business hours, or weekends) to keep your workspace fresh, professional, and welcoming.

Do you offer Airbnb Turnover Service
Yes, we do! Our Airbnb turnover service is designed to give hosts peace of mind and guests a five-star first impression. After each stay, we provide a thorough clean and prepare the space so it feels fresh, welcoming, and guest-ready.
Our turnover service typically includes:
Changing and making all beds with fresh linens
Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens
Vacuuming and mopping floors
Dusting and disinfecting surfaces
Taking out garbage and recycling
Restocking basic essentials (toiletries, paper products, coffee/tea, etc., provided by the host)
Setting up the space so it looks inviting and consistent for every guest
We know timing is critical, so we aim for efficient, reliable turnovers that keep your booking schedule running smoothly. Whether it’s a quick same-day clean or a larger reset after a long stay, we’ll make sure your property is spotless and ready to impress.
Can you use my preferred cleaning products?
Yes! If you already have specific products you’d like us to use — such as eco-friendly, fragrance-free, or brand-specific cleaners — we’re happy to use them. Just leave them out for us on the day of your appointment.
Please note that we don’t purchase special products on behalf of clients, so if you’d like something unique, we ask that you provide it.
Cleaning Products & Equipment
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, we bring our own eco-friendly, odor-free cleaning products to every job.
For larger equipment like a vacuum and mop, we’re flexible:
We can bring our own if requested in advance
Or we can use yours if you prefer
How do you handle keys or entry codes?
If you choose to provide us with a key or entry code, we handle it with the utmost care and discretion. Keys are returned immediately after the clean (unless otherwise agreed), and codes are kept confidential.
Trust & Safety
How do I know I can trust the cleaners in my home?
We are a small, local team that values professionalism, respect, and reliability. Every home is treated with the same care we would give our own. Building trust with our clients is our top priority, and most of our work will come from long-term relationships and word-of-mouth.
When is payment due?
Payment is required before the cleaning appointment to secure your booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
24+ hours’ notice: no fee, full refund
Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the payment is kept as a cancellation fee
This policy helps us respect our team’s time and ensures we can continue providing reliable service to all our clients.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept bank transfers (E-transfer).
Do you require a deposit?
No deposit is required. No contract required.
Do you clean on weekends or evenings?
We do offer weekend cleanings (when available). Evening bookings are not currently available.
Logistics
How long will the cleaning take?
That depends on the size of your home, the type of service (regular cleaning, deep cleaning, or organizing), and the current condition of the space. Our minimum is 2 hours for small homes, but larger or dirtier homes may require 3–4 hours or more. This will always be discussed with you during the booking process.
Do you cover both North And West Vancouver?
Yes, we cover all of North and West Vancouver.
Do you clean offices as well as homes?
Yes, we provide cleaning services for both homes and small offices.
Special Requests
Can I request add-on tasks (e.g., inside fridge, oven, windows)?
Yes, absolutely! Add-on tasks can be arranged for an additional fee. Just let us know what you’d like done when booking, and we’ll confirm the details with you.
